Digital tools support people in understanding their options and help individuals think about what would work best for them. They can also help support communication between patients and providers to assist in shared decision-making that aligns with their values and preferences. PCRHP conducts research to develop, test, and validate digital tools and works to disseminate these tools for use broadly.
