Dr. Rachel Logan, PhD, MPH, CPH is a public health researcher focused on health equity, reproductive justice, and improving sexual and reproductive health care throughout the reproductive life course for historically marginalized communities, particularly Black women. She is interested in using structurally informed frameworks to uncover the root causes of persistent inequities in sexual and reproductive health. Dr. Logan earned her PhD in public health with a concentration in Community and Family Health from the College of Public Health at the University of South Florida.

Dr. Bell is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine (FCM) in the School of Medicine at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). Prior to joining FCM, she was a postdoctoral scholar with the Preterm Birth Initiative at UCSF.

Lindsey (pronouns: she/her or they/them) is a Senior Project Manager within the Person-Centered Reproductive Health Program (PCRHP). Their work focuses on improving quality in contraceptive care, through measurement of patient experience and self-identified need for services. Lindsey has a background in public health and has worked across various reproductive justice issue areas, including: birth justice, prenatal care quality improvement, gender-based violence support programs, and self-managed abortion organizing.

Beckie (she/her), Program Director for PCRHP, has 18 years of Reproductive Health research experience implementing complex research projects designed to improve the health and wellbeing of all people in need of reproductive services, particularly those who experience the greatest health disparities. She is an RN with an MS in Nursing focusing on Health Policy from UCSF. Her current projects include the implementation of the Person-Centered Contraceptive Counseling (PCCC) measure and electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs) alongside QI efforts in large Community Health Centers.
